Banana And Chocolate Chip Cake

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and mash them with a fork.
  2. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them with the brown sugar until they are frothy. Add the flour mixed with the yeast, the melted butter and the mashed bananas. Mix well and add the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool, turn out and serve warm or cold.

Tip: add 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla extract to the batter.

Ingredients :

3 ripe bananas
100g Chocolate chips
120g butter
Butter for the mould
120g Brown sugar
3 Eggs
200g Flour
1 Half a packet of baking powder
